Turbo MF2 chip conveyor – filtering chip conveyor down to 50 microns.
The Turbo MF2 chip conveyor features a hinge belt conveyor positioned above a scraper belt conveyor. Additionally, an integrated self-cleaning filter drum removes all chip materials and shapes, filtering the coolant to 50 microns. The upper conveyor removes large chips, and the lower conveyor effectively removes fine and small chips. Furthermore, coolant filtration is provided through the filter drum. The MF2 chip conveyor is ideal for heavy chip loads requiring ultra-fine coolant filtration.
