The Cyclonic FILTER Series,
The filtration system is the most efficient way to extend the coolant's lifespan and protect your CNC machine from damage caused by recirculating chips and fine particles. Additionally, there are no bags that need to be replaced. The recommended LNS Chipblaster ST 200 sludge tank keeps particles out of the machine tool sump and is easy to access for cleaning. Manufactured to strict standards in an ISO-certified facility, this maintenance-free filtration system is free from filter media to replace. Most importantly, the coolant is filtered down to 2 microns. Both cyclonic filtration models have efficiency ratings of up to 100% for filtering coolant to 10 microns, up to 95% filtering to 5 microns, and up to 50% filtering to 2 microns.
