The Chipblaster UBV goes far beyond conventional coolant systems by automatically delivering optimal pressure and flow for all applications. This ensures more precise cutting, faster throughput, and longer tool life. All in an affordable, specially designed unit that requires minimal floor space.

Most high-pressure coolant systems focus solely on chip management and pumps at a fixed speed, regardless of demand. This is energy wasteful, especially when using smaller tools, as the majority of the coolant is simply dumped back into the tank. The Chipblaster UBV automatically delivers just the right amount of coolant to maintain optimal pressure and flow for each specific application, meaning coolant never goes to waste. The result is energy savings and extended tool life.

The Chipblaster UBV only requires fluid connections and a functional interface from the machine tool to operate.

It is a compact high-pressure coolant system specially designed to slide under most LNS bar feeders to save valuable floor space. The Chipblaster UBV is perfect for your machines, whether they are in a left or right configuration.

The Chipblaster UBV is equipped with an 80-liter tank. It allows for variable flow up to 22 liters per minute, with an integrated VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and a maximum coolant pressure of up to 140 bar. Depending on how many coolant-equipped tools are installed on your lathe, your Chipblaster UBV can be purchased with 4 or 8 outlets.

The user-friendly touchscreen interface provides well-structured and easily readable menus, making it easy for the user to adjust preset pressure values, change unit settings, and monitor various operations in one central location.

The Chipblaster UBV includes a single cartridge filter sized for 10 um (oil). Multidirectional wheels enable easy mobility of the unit during installation and maintenance. Its body is fully powder-coated for maximum durability. The Chipblaster UBV is designed to work with either oil or emulsion-based coolants.
